Chapel of The Holy Spirit

2008 is fast disappearing. But it won't be forgotten as it will probably go down in history as a watershed year - financial crisis, tainted milk crisis, scourge of terrorism, massive layoffs, international airports literally shut down by hordes of people... etc.

But, praise be to God, that we are again reminded of one important event that has been celebrated annually over the last 2000 years - the birth of a Messiah (the One who saves).  God, in His deepest love and grace, sent His Son Jesus Christ to be born as Man and to die on the cross so as to take the death penalty that you and I deserve because of our Sin.  Lest we forget this we may end up celebrating Christmas for the wrong reasons.

May this Christmas be celebrated with deepest gratitude to God and may the Good News be shared to others so that they may find the purpose in life on earth : To Know God Thru' Jesus Christ In The Power Of The Holy Spirit.
